Hotel Villa Anna - Uppsala

We loved the convenient location, close to everything we wanted to see in the city, including the beautiful cathedral and the AMAZING Gustavarium Museum. The hotel facilities were also excellent, with well-equipped and super clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a delicious breakfast....  

Great with a first class hotel in Uppsala. The location and quality of the rooms is superb, as was the food in the restaurant.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant though we experienced a few minor glitches with the service, possibly due to extra personnel during New Years eve.

Breakfast choices were good. Excellent location, Stockholm Arlanda airport was 19 miles away...

Luxurious, comfortable rooms. Great bed and large bathroom. Excellent breakfast with bio and vegan options. Helpful and friendly staff.

Exemplary service, elegant and delicious gourmet dinners, fresh and tasteful design of room, elegant crisp linens, spacious bath and overall friendliness of the staff. In addition, the location is superb for walking to the cathedrals, university, gardens and city shopping/dining...  

Elegant building in charming quiet setting next to cathedral in a very pleasant town. Very well appointed, if slightly small, room. Excellent food, both breakfast and dinner.

I was in Sweden for a large conference in Stockholm. I stayed in Uppsala because I couldn't get any closer. So my only complaint was the difficulty of getting to and from the conference centre. But the hotel was so good that it almost made the travel problems worth it. If I had business near Stockholm central station, so that I didn't have to change trains, I think I might choose to stay at this hotel again.

Great location close to attractions, and luxurious amenities such as high-quality bedding and bathroom fittings made our xmas stay enjoyable.

There were numerous small details that detracted from our experience, such as items missing from the bathroom and lack of turn-down service. the breakfast room was small and uncomfortable, and the limited menu options were disappointing.

The facilities and particularly the beds were of the highest standard
